dh999 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dh999 ("dh999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the dh999 platform at dh999.bio, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the dh999 platform and close your account. Continued use of the dh999 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. dh999 reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication at dh999.bio/terms-conditions.

To register an account on dh999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dh999 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of dh999 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of dh999 or any of its affiliated companies, partners, or service providers.
• You must not have had a previous dh999 account closed for violation of this Agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement and grounds for immediate account closure.

Each player may hold only one active account on dh999 at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices are used. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dh999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any balances pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your dh999 account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person. dh999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your dh999 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dh999 Support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] so that appropriate measures, including temporary account suspension, can be taken.

dh999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, and to withhold funds pending investigation, if we reasonably believe that:

• The account was registered using false or inaccurate information;
• The account is being operated by a person other than the registered account holder;
• The account is involved in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited activity;
• The account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement.

dh999 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: EasyPaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific methods may vary from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit at dh999 is PKR 500. Deposits via EasyPaisa and JazzCash are credited to your dh999 wallet instantly upon confirmation. dh999 does not charge any fees on deposits made via EasyPaisa or JazzCash. Bank transfer deposits may take one to four banking hours to reflect.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that the account holder has previously used to make a deposit, unless an exception is approved by the dh999 compliance team.
• dh999 may require completion of identity verification (KYC) before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts exceeding PKR 10,000.
• EasyPaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to four hours on business days. USDT TRC20 withdrawals confirm on-chain within thirty minutes of processing.
• Where a bonus has been credited to your account, the associated wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before the bonus-related funds can be withdrawn.

All player funds are maintained in accounts separate from dh999 operational funds, providing a level of protection against insolvency. However, dh999 does not guarantee the payment of interest on deposited funds.

dh999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the promotion itself:

• Bonuses are credited at the sole discretion of dh999 and may be modified, withdrawn, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Welcome bonuses and sign-up offers are available to new players only, one per person, one per household, one per device, and one per IP address.
• dh999 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from it — if the player is found to have abused the promotion, used multiple accounts to claim it, or engaged in any other form of bonus fraud.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless specified otherwise.
• Certain games, including but not limited to live casino tables and specific slot titles, may be excluded from wagering contribution calculations for bonus purposes. Check the individual promotion terms for the applicable game list.

All sports bets placed on dh999, including cricket match betting, PSL wagering, and live in-play markets, are governed by the dh999 Sports Betting Rules, which form part of this Agreement. Specific rules for individual sports, market types, and settlement procedures are published within the relevant sections of the dh999 platform.

All casino games offered on dh999, including live dealer tables, slot games, and virtual sports titles, use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. dh999 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Key general betting rules applicable across all dh999 products include:

• Once a bet or wager is confirmed and accepted by the system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the player.
• dh999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by technical errors, data feed failures, or clearly displayed incorrect odds. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account.
• dh999 reserves the right to limit maximum bet sizes or maximum winnings per bet for any player, market, or event at its discretion.
• Results are determined by the official result at the conclusion of the event, as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PCB-governed matches).

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dh999 platform. Any player found to be engaged in any of the following activities will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may be subject to account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Including but not limited to providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or processing fraudulent transactions through the platform.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players or with dh999 staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, automated betting software, screen scrapers, or any software that interacts with the dh999 platform in a non-human manner without prior written consent from dh999.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the dh999 platform software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known software errors must be reported to dh999 and may be voided.
• Money laundering: Using the dh999 platform to disguise, transfer, or launder funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Multi-accounting: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one dh999 account.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in respect of legitimate dh999 transactions.

All content on the dh999 platform — including but not limited to the dh999 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, data, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of dh999 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dh999 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercialise any dh999 content without prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any dh999 software;
• Create derivative works based on dh999 content;
• Use the dh999 brand, logo, or name in any manner not expressly authorised by dh999 in writing.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to dh999 by players may be used by dh999 freely without any obligation of confidentiality or compensation.

dh999's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the dh999 Privacy Policy, available at dh999.bio/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms and Conditions.

By registering on dh999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).

dh999 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction. All data transmissions between your device and the dh999 platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

dh999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to helping players maintain control of their gaming activity. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — it should never be used as a means of generating income or of recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all dh999 account holders at no charge:

dh999's total cumulative liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms and Conditions or use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dh999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dh999 shall not be liable for losses resulting from scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical outages, or events outside its reasonable control including but not limited to internet failures, power outages, or acts of government.

Nothing in these Terms limits dh999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

dh999 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, dh999 will provide reasonable notice to existing players via email notification or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect.

Where no material change is made — for example, to correct typographical errors, improve clarity, or reflect minor operational updates — changes may take effect immediately upon publication without individual notice.

It is your responsibility to review the dh999 Terms and Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of the dh999 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dh999 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising between you and dh999 in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with dh999 informally by contacting the dh999 Support team. dh999 will endeavour to resolve any valid complaint fairly and promptly within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
